About Our Honey:

Our honey is raw and unpasteurized straight from the hive. It is then extracted, sieved, and put in a jar. Our honey is not heat-treated or fine-filtered, so it has all the goodness left in it. This Raw Honey is very smooth with a strong rich flavour, Nectar source is Clover/Pasture.

Comb Honey is as natural as honey can get coming straight from the hives the way the bees made it. Comb Honey has a beautiful taste and is excellent on a cheese board, toast, or even just on its own.

In 2022 we won a Silver Medal in the Apiculture New Zealand Honey competition - Medium clear/liquid honey.

Caring for your Honey:
Raw Honey comes in liquid form however over time it may Crystallize. It's recommended to keep this honey in a warm spot to avoid crystallization, however, if it does gently warm it back up to return it to liquid. If you are not using this honey for a while place it in the freezer and it will keep it in liquid form.
