Shipping Policy

We aim to process all orders within 48 hours. Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday) and during business hours (8am–5pm) only.

Large orders: our website calculates shipping based on NZ post rates however when ordering large amounts of items the freight cost can balloon, if you are thinking of making a large order get in touch with us and we can prepare a shipping quote for you.

Please note: We do not post to PO Boxes. Please provide a full physical address, or alternatively please contact us so we can help you.

Rural Delivery: If you are normally on rural delivery please select this option at checkout. if we put your address in the system and it comes up as a rural address and you have selected the standard post option we will contact you to sort this, delaying the delivery of your parcel!

Delivery time: 3–5 working days.
